All items will be shipped via Australia Post within 1-2 business days. All items will be shipped via standard shipping with a tracking number. An order confirmation email will be sent to the buyer once an order has been shipped.

All items will be packaged in a beautiful and secured gift box OR gift envelope, and then finally packaged securely in a standard shipping parcel.

I do not accept returns on any item that has been shipped.

I do however, accept order cancellations. To cancel an order, simply contact the shop within 24 hours of purchase via the ‘Contact’ page, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the buyer within 1-2 business days. Kindly note, that depending on your bank and your payment method, this may determine when you receive your refund.

A refund confirmation email will be sent to the buyer once the refund has been issued.
